Cancellation Policy
You have 24 hours after placing an order to request a cancellation prior to the order being shipped. Once the order has already been shipped, you will have to go through our regular returns policy.

Returns Policy
After receiving your order, you have 15 days to request a return for a potential refund or store credit with our customer support team member. Please reach out to our customer support team before sending your order back.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be fully processed by your financial institution.

Exchange Policy
